CLS Graphics - Laser Engraving, Embroidery, Screen Printing and Promotional Products are high quality items.
With our desire to service each customer with a personal touch and because no order is ever the same, we have chosen to accept orders only via telephone or Fax. No online ordering is available. We accept most major credit cards, checks, cash, PayPal and money orders. Our website can't begin to show all we offer, show the quality of our work, nor cover every ordering requirement our customers may have. Keep these ordering tips in mind when contacting CLS Graphics.
- Minimum order quantities will affect any specialty item's final price.
- There may be setup costs associated with specialty or custom order items.
- Thread count affects the embroidered item's quality and price. Some item's thread count can't be modifed.
- CLS can ship using any method you request. Default is UPS Ground service.
- Be sure to request an estimated delivery time when you order. Some custom items can take a few weeks to process before shipping.
- We can laser engrave, screen print or embroider using your supplied materials.
- We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every order. You may order from CLS Graphics with confidence!
Customer-supplied Items
All goods you choose to have us engrave, embroider or screen print, that we do not sell, we refer to as customer-supplied items. We charge more for items we are asked to customize when not providing the materials. The reason is that there can be a difference in item quality. Our products are selected for the application and customization method. A waiver form may be required before work begins. This document protects us from replacing any item if something unforeseen happens or the item is not of sufficient quality, which can result in poor hooping, sew outs, printing or engraving.
Trademarks
Customer assumes legal liability for all trademarks and licensing and holds CLS Graphics harmless from all claims and costs arising from items printed for the customer. A liability waiver will accompany estimate sheets.
Embroidery Artwork
Please sketch out a layout of the design, and note any preferences such as maximum size, minimum size, multi-color, etc.
Since color combinations are endless, our master embroiderers will use their knowledge of apparel and thread matches to create the best design appearance. You can request basic colors of thread matches but due to the vast variety of hues, our staff will make the final decision.
If it is imperative that you approve design before production, we can provide proofs. Production of your garments will not begin until approval of your design has been received.
If providing an electronic logo or design file, best results are obtained when the file is at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Many electronic file formats are acceptable. Ask us to be sure.
Fees
Fees for custom work will be quoted before work is started.
Shipping
We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) by default and must have a phone number, street address and ZIP code. Most orders are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping and handling charges to any continental U.S. address, regardless of number of boxes or weight, will be added to the invoice. There is a minimum shipping charge of approximately $6. Please advise if you prefer another shipment method.
Returns
We will gladly exchange any defective product or errors made on our part, but otherwise cannot accept returns of any custom item.
